Better Than the Real Thing: GOTO Chicago Goes Virtual

In light of the recent news related to COVID-19, we’re launching GOTO Chicago 2020 virtually from April 27-May 1.
Our goal is to redefine what it means to host a virtual conference. You can expect to learn every bit as much as you would in person, and while we’re huge fans of meeting face-to-face (we’ve been running GOTO Conferences since 1996 — we know a thing or two about gathering folks in one place to learn and connect), we’ve got some exciting virtual social and networking opportunities in the works to make sure you leave this unique conference experience with both valuable new ideas and valuable new connections.
It feels more important than ever to bring our community together to inspire each other, learn from each other and connect with each other during these uncertain times, and we’re working to deliver the absolute best experience for all of us to do just that. We want to make this better than the ‘real’ thing.
We’ll share more details about GOTO Chicago Virtual in both email updates and on our website in the weeks to come. You can expect to learn more about exactly what you’ll get out of the whole experience, including:
- The full speaker lineup
- Exciting new keynotes
- Attendee-led Q&As and AMA (“Ask Me Anything”) sessions
- Roundtable discussions
- A virtual “hallway track”
- Fireside chats
- Intimate mentoring opportunities with our network of experts
- Speed networking sessions to meet with like-minded developers
- And so much more…
Thank you for your trust and support as we continue working on the best way to gather the brightest minds in tech — whether virtually or in person.
